Fleet Admin Coordinator - temporary contract
We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our Field Operations Team on a temporary contract to assist with managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring all servicing, MOTs and repairs are managed on time.

You will be working directly with our vehicle suppliers and our Smart Metering Team Managers and Engineers to proactively manage the maintenance of the fleet. You will be responsible for managing our fleet claims and incident processes and proactively arranging Repairs, Services and MOT bookings. You will be responsible for organising courtesy rental bookings and ensure any vehicle recalls are addressed as well as any additional fleet-related tasks.
You will be helping ensure we keep our smart metering engineers on the road, enabling them to deliver the outrageous level of customer experience we expect. You will be organised, cool-headed and have fleet experience or be interested in learning about fleet and the inner workings of a field force business. This is a broad role that will present plenty of interesting challenges for the right person.

We are looking for somebody with awesome organisational and people skills and attention to detail. The role will be varied and will develop, with the following key responsibilities:
• Assisting with Fleet claims and incident management (body shop & livery repairs)
• Log and maintain detailed information on all aspects of fleet
• Scheduling and booking vehicle servicing, MOTs and safety recalls
• Provide project support for fleet-related initiatives (EV migration and FORS)
• Provide fleet administration support to the field operations team (e.g. parking apps, telematics)
• Good working knowledge of Excel
